Costs & Deadlines - Payment Methods

We invite you to complete the attached electronic form. All the information will be kept private and will only be used for the conference’s needs to communicate with you.

Complete the information and register for your preferred workshops. Please note that there is limited seating. We ask that you pick two alternate workshops that will be used to replace your other top choices if they are at full capacity.

* If you reconsider your workshop choices at the last minute, a Ticket Exchange Board will be set up at the Harp Fest to allow you to trade places with someone else. However, there is no guarantee that you will be able to make an exchange so please pick your workshops carefully.

Print your form and send it to us with your payment (see payment details below). Please note that this event has a maximum participant capacity so register early!

Cost & Deadlines

Early Bird Registration:  $260.00 CAD
** Payment must be received by April 30, 2009

Regular Registration:  $295.00 CAD
** Payment must be received by August 30, 2009

Late Registration:  $350.00 CAD
** Payment must be received by September 15, 2009

No on-site registrations will be accepted.

Registration fees do not include lodging or meals.

Refund Policy - Your admission fee is transferable at all times. If a change in the workshop assignment is needed, please contact us at least 1 week prior to the event. A 50% refund will be granted if you cancel before the 15th of July. No refunds after July 15th.
